Easy Health — Holistic Preventive Care Platform

Traditional healthcare often treats physical, mental, and social needs in isolation — resulting in incomplete member profiles, missed preventive opportunities, and poor outcomes for high-risk populations. Easy Health set out to expand access to preventive care by integrating all three care dimensions into one holistic, technology-driven platform.

I worked on Easy Health as a backend developer, building features on a production healthcare platform that serves health plans, providers, and members. Easy Health's approach integrates primary care, mental health, and social care into a single solution aligned with value-based care models.

The platform engages members where they are: through in-home visits and telehealth consultations. This dual-channel approach builds a 360° view of each member's clinical and social needs, enabling care teams to intervene earlier and more effectively.

My work focused on backend feature development — building and extending APIs and business logic that power member engagement workflows, care coordination features, and the data layer supporting clinical and social need assessments.
