Contributed to the industry's first all-in-one transaction management platform for minerals and royalties, featuring spatial search and multi-party deal collaboration.

Mineral and royalty transactions involve buyers, sellers, service providers, and financial institutions — each working in siloed tools with long cycle times and limited visibility into spatially relevant opportunities. M1neral set out to build the first purpose-built platform that unifies the entire transaction lifecycle.
I worked on M1neral's MERN-stack platform, an all-in-one transaction management system for minerals and royalties. The platform's centerpiece is a robust spatial search tool that lets users identify opportunities on a map-based interface, filter by geography and asset type, and discover deals that traditional list-based tools would miss.
Beyond search, the platform promotes real-time collaboration among all transaction parties. Buyers, sellers, service providers, and financial institutions share a single workspace for deal progression, document exchange, and status tracking.
Key technical challenges included building performant geospatial queries over large mineral asset datasets, designing a collaboration model that respects role-based permissions across diverse stakeholders, and structuring transaction workflows flexible enough for different deal types.
Enabled faster deal discovery through spatial search vs. traditional list-based tools
Reduced transaction cycle times via unified multi-party collaboration
Improved stakeholder alignment with a single shared transaction workspace
Supported differentiated product positioning in the minerals and royalties market
