Built an intelligent healthcare management platform that automates patient triage, streamlines intake, and assigns doctors dynamically across the full care journey.

Healthcare providers often struggle with manual patient intake, inconsistent triage processes, and inefficient doctor assignment — leading to longer wait times, clinician burnout, and a fragmented patient experience. Opto Health needed a platform that could automate these workflows while remaining flexible enough for different clinical environments.
I developed Opto Health as a MERN-stack healthcare management platform centered on three core capabilities: automated patient triage, dynamic intake forms, and a smart doctor assignment engine. Together, these features streamline the entire care journey from registration to consultation.
The automated triage system evaluates patient inputs against configurable clinical rules to prioritize cases and route them appropriately. Dynamic intake forms allow administrators to customize data collection per specialty or clinic without code changes.
The smart doctor assignment engine matches patients to available clinicians based on specialty, workload, and configurable business rules, reducing manual scheduling overhead and improving patient throughput.
Reduced manual triage and intake processing time for clinical staff
Improved patient-to-doctor matching speed via automated assignment
Enabled clinics to adapt intake forms without developer intervention
Streamlined the full registration-to-consultation workflow
